Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information CASA Kitchen & Bath collects through casakitchenandbath.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are
CASA Kitchen & Bath is a design-build remodeling contractor operating from 654 Rte 59, Naperville, IL 60540, United States. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CASA Kitchen & Bath. We are the party responsible for the information described below.
Questions about this policy or about your information can be sent to casakitchenandbath@gmail.com or +1 (630) 857-0934.
2. Information you give us
When you submit a consultation request, contact form, or callback request on this site, we ask for:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your email address;
- your ZIP code, so we can confirm the project is inside our service area;
- anything else you choose to type into a message field.
You are not required to submit a form to browse this site. If you contact us by phone or email instead, we keep the contact details and project notes you share in that conversation.
3. Information collected automatically
When a form is submitted, our website also records technical details alongside it:
- IP address — retrieved through the third-party service ipify.org and attached to the submission. We use it to identify duplicate and automated submissions.
- Page address and page title of the form you used.
- Form and block identifiers, so we know which form on which page produced the request.
- Time taken to complete the form, used only as a spam signal.
Our forms also include a hidden field that is invisible to people using the site. It exists only to catch automated bots. If you are a person filling in the form normally, it is never submitted with content and has no effect on you.
Separately, our analytics tools record standard visit data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, referring source, device type, and browser.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools set cookies on your device and report aggregated usage back to us. We use this to see which pages and which traffic sources produce consultation requests.
The website platform itself (Tilda Publishing) also sets cookies that are necessary for pages and forms to function.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
5. How we use your information
We use what we collect only to:
- respond to your consultation or estimate request;
- confirm your project location is within our service area;
- schedule showroom visits, site visits, and follow-up calls;
- prepare proposals and manage projects we are engaged for;
- detect and block spam and automated submissions;
- measure which pages and marketing channels generate inquiries.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.
6. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that make the website and our follow-up possible, and only to the extent they need it:
- Tilda Publishing — website platform and form delivery;
- Google — Analytics, Tag Manager, Maps, and Fonts;
- ipify.org — returns the IP address of the device submitting a form;
- our email provider — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
7. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months, so we can recognize you if you come back to us later. Records connected to a signed project are kept as long as needed for warranty, permitting, tax, and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
8. Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- ask what information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- ask us to stop contacting you.
Send the request to casakitchenandbath@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Exercising any of these rights costs nothing and will not affect the service you receive from us.
If you are contacting us from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
9. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to inquiry data to the people at CASA Kitchen & Bath who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
Our pages link to third-party sites such as Google Maps, Houzz, Yelp, and manufacturer websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
